Psychotherapy vs. Coaching

I provide Psychotherapy and Coaching as separate services: 

Being a licensed clinical social worker and a certified cognitive therapist allows me the privilege of being a provider on insurance panels. When you choose to use your insurance, I am required to assess and assign a billable diagnosis. That diagnosis will guide our treatment plan and our work together. 

As my therapy client, we will utilize Cognitive therapy which is evidenced based and effective. It is the first thing I found to breakout of my own anxiety prison!  Learn more about cognitive therapy.

As my coaching client, I am free to incorporate fun and effective tools, strategies, products and programs that are not covered by insurance.  Choose coaching for optimal results and lasting change in ALL areas of your life; mind, body and spirit! 

In choosing coaching or therapy, you will find that my personal style is down to earth, supportive, and empowering.  

Having a therapeutic relationship with a coach who is also a trained experienced psychotherapist provides you with a professional who can help you attain your goals and heal.

Aroma Freedom 

Aroma Freedom techniques are powerful, yet gentle. The AF process promotes a clearing away of negative thoughts, feelings, and memories, that are often the culprits of self sabotaging behaviors and feelings of being "stuck." Clearing the "dirt in the hose" sort of speak, we are then released from the stuff that has been blocking us and feel more positive with a brighter outlook and attitude. This results in greater confidence and inner freedom. When we are no longer stuck in negative mindsets, we are free to create the life we desire.

Life Coaching and Vegan Lifestyle Mentoring
Individual sessions are $175 per session. However, if you first sign up for the 1:1 Freedom Fitness Individual Coaching Program you will receive the all inclusive PQ  Operating System (value $995) AND 8 individual sessions with me all for $1,599. That is a significant savings from individual sessions alone. Any additional sessions needed after the first 8 will return to the usual $175 per session.
