Psychotherapy vs. Coaching

I provide Psychotherapy and Coaching as separate services: 

Being a licensed clinical social worker and a certified cognitive therapist allows me the privilege of being a provider on insurance panels. When you choose to use your insurance, I am required to assess and assign a billable diagnosis. That diagnosis will guide our treatment plan and our work together. 

As my therapy client, we will utilize Cognitive therapy which is evidenced based and effective. It is the first thing I did to breakout of my own anxiety prison!  Learn more about cognitive therapy.

As my Freedom Fitness Life Coaching client, we can utilize Aroma Freedom Sessions, Vegan Lifestyle Mentoring, Relationship Coaching or all of the above!  Choose coaching for a holistic approach for mind, body and spirit! 

Choosing coaching or therapy, you will find that my personal style is down to earth, supportive, and empowering.  

Having a therapeutic relationship with a coach who is also a trained experienced psychotherapist provides you with a professional who can help you attain your goals and heal.

In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, individual sessions are custom tailored to your needs and geared to help you attain the healing and personal growth you are seeking. *Please note, in-person sessions are seasonal and variably offered.
